Meet The Founder
Mohd Hafifi, the founder of MTP Outdoor Ventures, has been redefining outdoor adventure and sustainability since 2013. Even though he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Finance) and spent over seven years working in the finance sector, Hafifi’s true passion lies in nature. Driven by his desire to contribute meaningfully to the hiking industry in Peninsular Malaysia, he embarked on a journey to make a lasting impact.
As a certified Malim Gunung Perhutanan Perak and an active member of Persatuan Malim Gunung Malaysia (PMGM), Hafifi has devoted his career to empowering and uplifting the guiding profession. His leadership in initiatives such as the Program Pemantapan Malim Gunung Perak Selatan dan Porter Bersama Orang Asli Behrang 2023 reflects his unwavering commitment to fostering inclusivity and developing skills within local communities.
As an HRDC-accredited trainer, Hafifi continues to inspire and equip others to achieve excellence, solidifying MTP’s reputation for innovation, growth, and leadership in the outdoor industry.
